the staff was really supportive with everything i needed. the room was standard, and the linen felt so fresh. pillows also felt very soft. facilities worked perfectly.

my room was situated near the shared bathroom, i could hear the door slam sometimes.

the hotel offers luggage storage before check-in. they even provided phone chargers during my whole stay, because of the different plug. that was a nice gesture.

The bus stop outside offers direct routes to the O2, , made attending the event very simple. It only took ten minutes. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean and tidy. I found the staff cute. They were also polite and helpful during my short stay.

The carpet in my room showed some wear. It probably needs to be replaced sooner rather than later.
